Hawksley PRC Houses
Hawksley/Schindler houses have been built all over the UK after the second world war by A W Hawksley of Gloucester, they have a brick facing which gives the impression of a traditional build house.
The houses were constructed of prefabricated reinforced concrete (PRC) beams with a brick outer skin. There are a number of PRC Homes licensed repair schemes available to repair Hawksley houses which are acceptable to the major high street lenders.
Hawksley Houses are a 2 storey construction either semi detached or terraced with between 2 to 4 bedrooms.
BL8 bungalows are an aluminium clad timber frame.
